These terms apply to the use of this restaurant website and the ordering, delivery, pickup, reservation, account, payment and contact functions offered through it. The website is technically provided through the Letzdine system.
For restaurant services, food, drinks, prices, deliveries, pickups and table reservations, the customer's contractual partner is generally the restaurant Restaurant Nepal. Letzdine provides the technical platform.
Letzdine is operated by Virtuma UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Petersberg 12, 54457 Wincheringen, Deutschland, email: info@letzdine.eu. Letzdine provides software, hosting-related system functions, account, order, reservation, payment display, notification and consent functions.
Letzdine does not itself sell restaurant services, prepare food, carry out deliveries or accept responsibility for restaurant-provided content, prices, availability, product information, allergens or delivery and pickup terms unless Letzdine created that information itself.
Customer means any person who uses the website, creates an account, places an order, requests a reservation or contacts the restaurant. Restaurant means the provider of the food, drinks, services and reservation options shown on this website. Platform means the technical Letzdine system.
Information about food, drinks, prices, images, availability, delivery areas, delivery times, minimum order values, pickup times, reservation capacities, allergens, additives and other restaurant information is generally provided and maintained by the restaurant.
Website displays are not binding offers by Letzdine. Errors, technical issues and short-term changes by the restaurant are reserved.
A customer account may be required for certain functions. Information provided must be accurate and up to date. Login details must be kept confidential. Customers must not misuse their account or make it available to third parties without authorisation.
Letzdine or the restaurant may restrict functions or block an account where there are concrete indications of abuse, false information, fake orders, unjustified chargebacks, repeated no-shows or breaches of these terms.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to the restaurant. A contract is formed when the restaurant accepts or confirms the order, begins preparation or acceptance is displayed in the system.
The restaurant may reject orders, in particular if items are unavailable, outside opening, delivery or pickup times, outside the delivery area, in case of obvious errors, payment issues or suspected abuse.
By submitting a reservation, the customer makes a reservation request or, depending on the system display, uses an available reservation. A reservation is binding when confirmed by the restaurant or shown as confirmed.
The customer must arrive on time and inform the restaurant if the reservation cannot be used. In case of late arrival, no-show or false information, the restaurant may release the table or restrict further reservations where permitted.
The customer must provide accurate, complete and reachable information, including name, email address, phone number, delivery address, desired time, number of persons, payment details and notes. The customer is responsible for checking orders and reservations before submission.
Fake orders, false identity or contact data, misuse of vouchers, manipulation, automated access, platform disruption and acts infringing rights of Letzdine, the restaurant or third parties are prohibited.
The prices, delivery costs, service information, minimum order values and payment methods shown during the order or reservation process apply. The information shown at the time of ordering is decisive.
Online payments may, depending on the restaurant, be processed by payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal or other providers. Payment is generally accepted for the account of the restaurant. Refunds are usually made through the original payment method or after coordination with the restaurant.
Vouchers, promotional benefits, loyalty points or discounts apply only under the displayed conditions. They may be limited by time, amount, restaurant, product, customer group, order type or minimum order value.
Tips may, where offered, be given online, on delivery or on pickup. Where tips are paid online, they are processed together with the order through the offered payment system.
Delivery and pickup times are estimated unless expressly confirmed as binding. Delays may arise in particular from workload, traffic, weather, delivery area, holidays or force majeure.
For delivery, the customer must be reachable at the stated address and phone number. For pickup, the order must be collected within the stated time window. In case of unreachability, incorrect information, non-collection or repeated no-shows, the restaurant may exercise appropriate rights.
Changes or cancellations are only possible where accepted by the restaurant or where statutory rights exist. For freshly prepared food, cancellation after acceptance or start of preparation may be excluded or limited.
If the restaurant rejects or cancels an order, online payments already made will be refunded where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider.
Information about ingredients, allergens, additives, nutritional values, images, descriptions and availability is provided by the restaurant. Customers with allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements should additionally contact the restaurant directly before ordering.
Where alcoholic drinks or other age-restricted products are offered, they may only be ordered and received by eligible persons. The restaurant or delivery personnel may request age verification and refuse handover.
Where review, comment or upload functions are offered, customers must not post unlawful, insulting, discriminatory, misleading, advertising or third-party-rights-infringing content. Letzdine or the restaurant may remove such content or restrict functions.
Complaints about food, drinks, delivery, pickup, reservation, prices or restaurant service should primarily be addressed to the restaurant. Complaints about technical functions, customer account, payment display or platform errors can be sent to Letzdine at info@letzdine.eu.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. For contracts concerning perishable goods, freshly prepared food or goods unsuitable for return for hygiene or natural reasons, a right of withdrawal may be wholly or partially excluded.
Letzdine strives to provide stable technical availability but does not owe uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security measures, incidents, third-party outages or force majeure may temporarily limit functions.
The restaurant is liable for proper performance of restaurant services in accordance with the law. Letzdine is liable for the technical platform in accordance with the law, but not for restaurant content or restaurant services unless Letzdine is responsible for them itself.
Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy. Where required for order, reservation, payment or support, data is transmitted to the restaurant, Letzdine, payment providers and technical providers.
These terms may be updated if functions, legal requirements, payment or ordering processes or the technical platform change. The version available at the time of use, order or reservation applies.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
For Virtuma UG / Letzdine: we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Different or additional information may apply in the restaurant imprint.
If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
